1. Confirmation of Registration
- Immediate Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and/or SMS to your registered contact details.
- Ticket/E-Bib: This confirmation email serves as your proof of registration (Ticket).
2. Bib Collection
- Physical items such as Bibs, Timing Chips, and Event Kits are not shipped to your address.
- Collection Venue: Participants must collect their kits in person at the designated Expo/Bib Collection venue in Pondicherry prior to the race day. Specific dates and venue details will be communicated via email 7 days before the event.
