1. Cancellation by Participant
Due to the logistical nature of sporting events, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Standard Policy: Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
- Early Cancellation: If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the event date, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
- Force Majeure: If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer will attempt to reschedule the event.
- Refunds: If the event is permanently cancelled by the Organizer and not rescheduled, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approval: Once a refund is approved (based on the criteria above), you will receive a confirmation email.
- Credit Timeline: The refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
